Our designer has been creating architectural designs for over 30 years and was in the construction end of home building before becoming a designer. Our home plans are very well respected by home builders nation-wide.

Mattix Building Design is located in Jonesboro, Arkansas but we serve the entire nation. Our plans can easily be adapted to fit the climate, style, or structure required by any location. The majority of our designs are featured in Arkansas, Tennessee, Missouri, Mississippi, and Oklahoma.
MEET THE TEAM
Dan
Dan has been in home plan design for over 40 years. He started in 1970 framing and finishing homes. A few years later, he went to work for E.C. Barton in the home design department drafting and modeling houses to customer specifications. After working at E.C Barton for 15 years, Dan began designing and building homes for himself.
Currently Dan operates Mattix Building Design in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
